NCMC offers a wide range of ensembles, classes, and programs for musicians of all ages and experience levels. Many of our community and youth programs are free.

Youth Programs

Youth Chorus
w/ Michelle Murray, Choral Director
A fun, beginner-friendly choir where kids can experience the joy of singing together while building vocal skills and learning the fundamentals of music.
Grades 2–6
Wednesdays, 3–4pm

Choir Skills Class
w/ Michelle Murray, Choral Director
A supplemental class for young singers who want to strengthen their musicianship, with a focus on ear training and sight-singing. Designed for Teen Choir members and also open to 6th graders.
Grades 6–12
Wednesdays, 4:15–5pm

Teen Choir
w/ Michelle Murray, Choral Director
A fun, welcoming choir for preteens and teens featuring pop selections alongside a variety of choral music. Teen Choir singers will also have opportunities to collaborate with the NCMC Community Choir.

Rock Band After School

A cool after school class for young musicians to jam out in a rock band setting.

A group ukulele drop-in class for individuals, families, friends and all in between.
