Beginner Ukulele
7 Years to Adult
Is your inner musician ready to play a fun and easy-to-learn instrument? Ukulele is perfect for those looking to jump right into the world of making music. This rewarding class will have you playing tunes on the very first day. By the end of the class sessions, you’ll be able to perform a variety of great songs.
Intermediate Ukulele
11 Years to Adult
Continue building your skills and make more music in this great class that picks up right where Beginner Ukulele left off. You’ll develop more advanced ukulele skills in a relaxed and supportive environment. By the end of the classes, you’ll be playing a wide variety of songs with confidence, and will feel successful as musicians.
Advanced Ukulele
13 Years to Adult
Continue your ukulele journey in a relaxed and fun group. Learn more advanced right-hand fingerstyle techniques, chords, arpeggios, and challenging songs as well as jamming and improvising with others in the group.
Beginner Strings
5-10 Years
This positive learning experience for young children creates an environment to learn proper form, creating sounds and building upon early successes.

Adult
Students learn the basic skills needed to make a good sound and perform, including some basic fingerings, proper posture with and without the bow, creating melodic lines and multiple-part harmonies in different styles using open strings, note-reading, playing by ear, and more, in a fun, casual group setting.
Beginner Strings Ensemble
Adult
Open to adults who have studied a string instrument for a minimum of one year and can read music. In a fun and supportive environment, adult musicians will develop their string techniques and experience the thrill of making music with friends, culminating in a performance for family and friends.
String Quartet
11 Years to Adult
For students currently enrolled in private string instrument classes. This program offers young intermediate to advanced musicians a unique opportunity to learn and perform a string quartet repertoire.
Intermediate Strings
Adult
Continue building skills in this great class that picks up where Beginner Strings leaves off. You’ll develop more advanced skills in a relaxed and supportive environment. By the end of the session, you’ll be playing a wide variety of songs with confidence.
American String Workshop
10 Years to Adult
The American String Workshop is a group class, designed for all string musicians. Students learn about and perform alternative folk music genres that represent the American string music tradition. Genres include old-time, bluegrass, Irish & Celtic, swing, and more.
Beginner Guitar
8–15 Years
If your child is ready, this course is a fantastic way to start. Our comprehensive class gives students strong fundamentals, builds good practice habits, and encourages confidence and growth right from the start, all while we create beautiful guitar music together.
Intermediate Guitar Ensemble
11 Years to Adult
This performance group is for intermediate guitarists who are interested in developing their ensemble technique, sight reading, musicianship, and chamber music skills in a fun and motivating group setting.
Advanced Guitar Ensemble
11 Years to Adult
This performance group is for guitarists who are interested in developing their ensemble technique, sight reading, musicianship, and chamber music skills in a rewarding and motivating group setting. This ensemble has regular performance opportunities throughout the year.
Beginner Violin/Viola
Adult
Designed for adults who have never played the violin or viola.
